The programs, in detail

Four programs of 6 to 12 weeks, each built on the tasks you already do every week.

Program 01 · Start where it pays off

AI for everyday work

Most people try AI on the wrong tasks and conclude it's overhyped. We audit your week, pick the handful of jobs where it genuinely saves time, and build a small library of prompts that produce consistent output — plus the judgment to know when to ignore what it gives you.

Weeks 1–2 · The audit

Where your hours go, and which tasks are actually suited to AI.

Weeks 3–4 · The library

Ten reusable prompts for the tasks you repeat weekly.

Weeks 5–6 · Judgment

Checking output, spotting confident nonsense, knowing when to stop.

Weeks 1–2 · Your voice

Building a style reference from writing you've already done.

Weeks 3–4 · Structure

Outlines first, drafts second — the order that saves rewriting.

Weeks 5–6 · Research

Prompts that return checkable sources, and how to verify them.

Weeks 7–8 · The review pass

A checklist that runs before anything goes out.

Program 02 · Sound like yourself

Writing & research

AI writing is fast and generic by default. We work on feeding it your own material so drafts sound like you, on structuring research prompts that surface sources you can check, and on a review pass that catches invented facts before a client sees them.

Program 03 · Stop doing it by hand

Automations

This is where the real time goes back on the clock. We take a recurring job — the Monday report, the invoice chase, the data cleanup — and build an automation that runs it. No coding background required, though we'll use a little if it's the simplest route.

Weeks 1–2 · Pick the job

One recurring task, mapped step by step.

Weeks 3–5 · Build it

Wiring the tools together and testing on real data.

Weeks 6–7 · Make it safe

Error handling, checks and knowing when a human must look.

Weeks 8 · Hand it over

Documenting it so a colleague could run it too.

Weeks 1–3 · Where you stand

What people are already doing, quietly, right now.

Weeks 4–6 · Guidelines

One page anyone can follow, with clear red lines.

Weeks 7–9 · Training

Two short sessions built on the team's own tasks.

Weeks 10–12 · Habits

Shared prompt library and a monthly review that keeps it alive.

Program 04 · Get everyone using it

Team rollout

For managers whose teams are either ignoring AI or using it with no guardrails. We write plain-language guidelines about what can and can't be pasted into a tool, run a short practical training, and set up a shared prompt library. For regulated data, involve your legal and security teams — that part isn't coaching.
